Platform «PRO Sibir»

In 2021, the Research Library, with the support of the university, launched the Pro Sibir platform that contains over 120,000 resources in open access, including periodicals, manuscripts, rare books, research expeditions materials, researchers’ archives and other resources that reflect territorial, economic, cultural and historical value of Siberia and the Far East.

An important feature of the PRO Sibir platform is the ability of users to participate in its development, which is ensured by integrated search, analytical, and communication tools. It means that on the platform you can act as both a researcher and a volunteer, recognize texts, post your digitized materials, describe and tag information, create your own thematic collections, write articles in blogs, find like-minded people, and suggest new ideas.
